Migration of the website from Astro
There are three language versions of the website: English, Polish, Ukrainian, and it is necessary to create another in Hebrew (texts will be provided).
The site is built on Astro (a framework for creating frontend websites).
The project is hosted on a free hosting service that automatically deploys the site from a GitHub repository (Netlify).
There are source codes (repositories) only for the English and Polish versions.
The Ukrainian version was deleted from GitHub, but its deployed copy works, meaning it is accessible in the browser.
An attempt to download it from the hosting did not yield full results: the copy is not fully functional on its own.
📍Task:
Parse the Ukrainian version of the website (HTML/CSS/JS + content).
Transfer it to another stack (for example, Next.js, Hugo, WordPress, which are currently modern, supported, and have many specialists).
Ensure the possibility of hosting on a free hosting service and scalability.
Make the structure ready for connecting other languages, and it is also important to have the ability to add additional blocks with information to the site in the future.
🔍 Requirements for the performer:
Experience with Astro or static sites.
Ability to parse sites or extract structure from a working version.
Ability to adapt the site to another stack.
Knowledge of how SEO works and how to avoid losing positions when transferring the site.
Understanding of multilingual website architecture — a plus.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
The site must be user-friendly, easy to edit (both for developers and content managers).

It is necessary to transfer all three copies of the sites each to a separate CMS — that is, each site should be independent, as it is now.

I don't see the point in using a separate CMS for each language version, as a multilingual plugin can handle this. You will have one admin panel for all versions.
Also, you will be able to add the necessary language versions yourself.
However, if needed, there will be 4 separate CMS.

I can migrate your website to Hugo with multilingual support. You can choose from two options:
separate domains for each language (for example, site.com, site.fr, site.de),
or one domain with subfolders (site.com, site.com/fr/, site.com/de/).
For SEO, it's better to have one domain, but this is ultimately the client's choice.
