Andrii Palamarchuk 10 April 2020При печати текстуры не используются. В Браше делается детализация меша и все складки, рельеф кожи, выполнен геометрией (полигонами), а потом ее печатают. Как правило фотополимерным принтером, что бы не потерять детализацию. Как по мне то быстрее и дешевле сделать слепок настоящей руки. Но заказчику виднее ))))

Andrii Palamarchuk 13 April 2020При скульпте с такой дитализацией, сетка будет на столько плотной, что полигоны будут стремится стать вершинами, а их начальное количество приблизительно от 10 млн, конечное количество будет зависить от художника и мощности его ПК))))

Ab C. 13 April 2020т.е. могу ли я просто дивайднуть и накидать кастомными альфами фактуру кожи и складки, или придётся ремешить, проджектить, собирать рефы и карпеть над ними и анатомией руки, складок ))) от сюда время и оценка работы

Andrii Palamarchuk 14 April 2020Для хорошей визуализации может и прокатит, но здесь надо сделать для печати, а значит работа для скульптора, текстуру кожи не особо большая проблема кистями выполнить, а вот складочки все придется ручками рисовать, но тут вопрос в другом стоимость печати фотополимерным принтером который сможет повторить фактуру кожи будет не гуманная))) за ту стоимость, традиционным способом можно будет слепок целого человека сделать в натуральную величину)))))

Спасибо за обсуждение, не могу прокомментировать тонкостей работы - просто не владею навыками. Но как показывает практика, печать и дальнейшая работа с формой для отливки передает все текстуры, в нашем случае это кожа. Рука в натуральную величину, основной нюанс - это передать реалистичность. Отливка пластик/силикон/воск. Всего предполагается порядка 10 моделей отдельно на женскую и мужскую руку (итого 20). Спасибо

тем более - форму вы собираетесь делать силиконовую.
есть очень "быстрые" силиконы - до 20-ти минут, если "неправильно" смешать - до 5-ти минут.

The elements will be cut on a waterjet cutting machine and decorated on a CNC milling/laser engraving machine.Main project parameters: Base for work: Work is strictly based on the attached author's sketch (panorama of Gdańsk, slightly elevated view). The overall composition, density of development, and rhythm of roofs must be preserved. Dimensions of the finished panel: The final size of the entire picture is 29.5×42 cm (A3 format). Stylistics: It is important to maintain the effect of hand-made. Avoid perfect computer geometry and serious perspective. Lines should be lively, with a slight artistic curvature (imitation of ancient mosaics). Scaling and optimization: Since the overall size of the panel is small, the designer has the right and must simplify small architectural details, change their size, and avoid critically thin areas (the minimum thickness of any physically cut detail, such as a pipe, should be at least 3–4 mm to prevent material from breaking).Technological requirements for construction (Puzzle and Layers):The panel will be assembled from materials of different thicknesses to create a physical 3D volume. Elements need to be divided by layers and labeled in the drawings with the following thicknesses: Background (rear row of houses): Thickness 5 mm. The project should not resemble classic memorial products. The main idea is a modern minimalist design. The product should look like a solid sculpture without wide frames and unnecessary decorative elements. Tasks Create a high-quality 3D model. Ensure the possibility of production on a 5-axis CNC. Design the body and lid. Consider a hidden seam line. Include hidden hinges and locks. Create an internal cavity according to standard internal dimensions. Execute the model with correct slopes and radii for wood processing. Style Minimalism. Premium design. Maximally smooth shapes. No sharp corners. No wide frames. Solid streamlined surface. Material Main material: oak; ash; walnut. Wall thickness should be suitable for manufacturing from solid or laminated wood.
