I understood the task: OpenCart 2.3, after cleanups the language switching broke — the prefix `/ua/` disappears, slow loading when switching, Google is already detecting errors and has started removing it from search results.
Based on the symptoms, there are three possible reasons: the vqmod/ocmod module for language URLs has failed, the SEO URL settings in the config have been messed up, or the rules in `.htaccess` have been corrupted. Additionally, it will be necessary to restore the `hreflang` tags and update the sitemap in Google Search Console — otherwise, the rankings will continue to drop.
Three questions before starting:
1. How is the multilingual setup done — standard OpenCart or a third-party plugin/module (if you remember the name)?
2. Is there a backup before the attack (at least partial)?
3. Is there access to Google Search Console — to check specific errors from Google?

Hello! I have fixed multilingual issues on OpenCart 2.3 multiple times — usually after removing a module, the SEF/language link connection breaks, which causes the missing ua prefix, slow switching, and errors in Google. Please send the website and access to the admin panel/FTP — I will check what exactly the admin removed and restore the correct switching between ru/ua without losing positions. I think I can manage it in a day. One question: is there a backup of the website (or at least the database) before the issue occurred?

It's better not to delay with such issues because if the search engine already sees broken links and duplicate pages, the rankings may continue to drop.
I once had a similar case after an unsuccessful cleanup of modules on OpenCart; the site appeared to work fine, but search engines began to find errors in the language URLs en masse.
Can you send the website and access to the list of errors from Google Search Console, if available? After that, it will be clear whether the problem lies in the language module, SEO URL, or settings after the attack.
