Configuration of the Voopty CRM system

Hello, I have experience working in e-commerce as a technical director and head of sales. I have a great understanding of business processes and know which aspects need attention. I independently set up CRM systems from scratch, such as Sitnix and Sailedrive, wrote technical specifications for custom CRM systems, and connected various integrations (marketplaces, telephony, social networks, bots). I haven't worked with Voopty, but I'm confident I will figure it out. I would like to learn more details about the business and what specific integrations will need to be added.

I am interested in the project. I have over 5 years of experience in setting up CRM systems, as well as chatbots for any business.

I haven't had experience specifically with Voopty yet, but its functionality is much simpler than the CRMs I work with on a regular basis.

For example - I set up the CRM Creatio, which is fully flexible, I work with low and no-code tools, I configure business processes for automation, access rights, and administration.

I have also set up Bitrix CRM for 8 different companies.

So the functionality of Voopty is quite simple for me)

I am also a business analyst, so I easily understand business processes and find the best ways to improve and automate processes)

Regarding the time required for work - it all depends on the number of processes and the volume of work.
