Забезпечити ефективну роботу всіх бізнес-процесів ресторану шляхом налаштування системи Oracle Simphone. Мета — автоматизувати управління кухнею, баром, залом, складським обліком та аналітикою.
2. Сфера застосування
Система Oracle повинна охоплювати:
- Кухню: облік інгредієнтів, передача замовлень, облік витрат.
- Бар: облік напоїв, інтеграцію з POS-системою, списання залишків.
- Зал: прийом замовлень офіціантами, передача на кухню та бар, інтеграція з платежами.
- Склад: управління запасами, автоматичне списання, зв’язок із постачальниками.
- Адміністративну частину: аналітику, звітність, CRM-модуль для управління клієнтами.
3. Основні завдання
3.1. Створення бази даних меню
- Внести всі позиції меню з категоризацією (страви, напої, інші товари).
