I understand the task: Rentteka already has GA4 and GTM set up, but the tags were created using AI, so the first thing to do is not to trust the existing settings, but to manually check each tag and event through GTM Preview, GA4 DebugView, and Meta Test Events. This is my standard approach - I fundamentally do not launch advertising without correctly verified analytics; this is my condition for starting any project.

And on the glass constructions project in Odesa, I built correct call tracking from scratch through GTM and separated conversions into main and intermediate - CPA dropped by 71% precisely because optimization was done not by clicks, but by correctly divided target actions, as needed for Rentteka (Telegram registration vs ad publication).
My plan for Stage 1/3:
1. Audit of current settings — checking GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel, searching for duplicates, checking event transmission in Google Ads and Meta Events Manager. Interim audit report.
2. Correction/tuning of main conversions (registration via Telegram, ad publication) and intermediate events in the funnel.
3. Building retargeting audiences (basic for 7/30/90 days + behavioral: viewed apartments, clicked "Post an ad," started and did not finish) + exclusion audiences.
4. Preparing advertising accounts for launch, checking bonuses/promocodes/startup programs (Google Ads promotional offers, Meta ad credits).
5. Final acceptance report: list of verified/created tags and events, confirmation of absence of duplicates, confirmation of asset ownership by Rentteka, conclusion on CAPI/Enhanced Conversions and bonuses, recommended launch structure.
All settings are exclusively in Rentteka accounts, access for me as a specialist/partner, without creating assets on my side.
A few clarifications before starting:
1. Are access permissions to GA4/GTM/Meta BM already provided, or do we need to agree separately?
2. Is there already a technically implemented payment scenario on the site (to know whether to set up the corresponding events), or is this not relevant yet?
3. Who from Rentteka will accept the interim stages - to agree on the format and timing of reports?
