- the data from the requests are synchronized with the 1C order (created automatically in 1C), there is the possibility to edit on the CRM side, after synchronization the data is updated in 1C.- the data from the account are synchronized with the 1C account (created automatically in 1C), there is the possibility to edit on the CRM side, after synchronization the data is updated in 1C.- the data from the cost charging are synchronized with the 1C cost charging (not carried out).The registration is carried out only by the accountant in 1C.Examination of expenditure in CRM.There is the possibility to edit on the side of the CRM NOT done, after synchronization the data is updated in 1C.Impossible to edit in CRM.- In the CRM are displayed reserves, it reflects the total available number, the number in the reserves.

Обмін товарами між 1С та CRM.
- Облік проводиться на стороні 1С.
- Номеклатура вноситься, створюється на стороні 1С. Ціни виставляються також там. (типи цін: рекомендована, роздрібна, мілкий гурт, гурт)
- Необхідно налаштувати обмін номенклатури з 1С з каталогом CRM SalesDrive.
- Ідентифікатором (ID) є артикул з 1С.
Обмін контрагентами/документами між CRM та 1С.
- дані контрагентів синхронізуються з 1С з заявки в CRM,
- дані з заявок синхронізуються з 1С замовлення (створюється автоматично в 1С), є можливість редагувати на стороні CRM, після синхронізації дані оновлюються в 1С.
- дані з рахунку синхронізуються з 1С рахунок (створюється автоматично в 1С), є можливість редагувати на стороні CRM, після синхронізації дані оновлюються в 1С.
- дані з видаткової накладної синхронізуються з 1С видаткова накладна (не проведена). Списання проводить тільки бухгалтерія в 1С. Помітка про проведення видаткової накладної в CRM. Є можливість редагувати на стороні CRM НЕ ПРОВЕДЕНУ ВН, після синхронізації дані оновлюються в 1С. ПРОВЕДЕНУ накладну редагувати в CRM неможливо.
- В CRM виставляються резерви, відображає загальну доступну кількість, кількість в резерві.
