Здравствуйте, интерфейс - графический, касательно библиотек тут свобода выбора , но все крипто -алгоритмы должны быть выполнены с помощью крипто пакета OpenSSL(libeay32.lib ,ssleay32.lib. может там еще есть какие-то библиотеки).Написано это должно быть в Visual studio под windows
