Project MetaIt is necessary to update ~150 pages of website content, of which about 100-120 will be reworking existing content and ~30 will be writing publications based on ideas and drafts. The goal is to improve quality, enhance the credibility of the content, and its usefulness for readers, so that both people and Google and AI platforms have reasons to visit and recommend the site. Also, outdated pages need to be updated, claimed facts need to be verified, abandoned pages need to be relaunched, and regular publications need to be established.

Context and Problem Upstaff is a platform for hiring verified programmers. The content part operates on WordPress. Technically, the site is in good shape: fast, stable, structured, with about 500 substantive pages: services, salary guides, blog, case studies, free tools. No technical SEO is needed. The problem lies in the content itself. Google shows the site to a large audience, but people rarely click through, and traffic is slowly declining. A recent audit showed that the content has not been updated for some time and is losing relevance. Articles have not been updated for months, statistics on key pages (in the content) are from 2023, there are duplicates, and some pages have template errors, etc.
Tasks (top level)Fix visible defects on key service pages. Some pages, assembled from templates, have errors: final calls that direct readers to another service, broken words in headings, statistics from 2023.Update the pages that bring the most visitors.Restart the blog: one article per week. Initial topics and ideas will be suggested by the business. For example, teams for AI projects (cost, roles, what to pay attention to): the most in-demand area where the site currently has the least material. Make 105 salary pages credible. Each should clearly show where the salary figure comes from, when it was collected, and how payment varies by experience level - instead of one unexplained number.Add proofs throughout the site. Author biographies with real experience, client testimonials with names and companies, case studies with specific figures (what was done and what it achieved).Rewrite titles and short descriptions that Google shows for ~15 pages, which appear in search but rarely get clicks; a list of pages is ready.
Quality Criteria Uniqueness. Each page must say something that is not on the competitor's page on the same topic. No template text repeated on dozens of pages. No plagiarism. Nothing copied from other sites. Quotes must include the named source, link, and date. NO LLM Slop. Human-like, not machine-like. AI tools can assist with drafts/research, but final texts must read as if written by an informed person: without excessive general phrases, without filler paragraphs about nothing. You edit, verify, and are responsible for each page. Honesty and authenticity. Claims that cannot be substantiated should be removed or verified with a source.
How We Will WorkYou will work on the edits independently after the plan is approved, transforming ideas and drafts into publications - along with the person who wrote most of the content previously. You set the standard, write the idea (skeleton), think, discuss, and make decisions. Heavy work (drafts, research, consistency checks) can and should be done with AI.
There are lists of pages, audit results, traffic data, so you won’t have to start from scratch. You determine what the text should say and write the skeleton, refine it with AI, humanize it, and edit it. After a month: the biggest mistakes are fixed, the site contains no template texts, boilerplate content, duplicates, false figures, and facts.
After ~2-3 months: Each key page meets the quality threshold described above. The blog is published weekly, a repeatable content workflow is established - and it is ready for the next stage of the project. Clicks and traffic begin to grow.
