Draw a comic - 8 pages

We are creating a 3D comic for augmented reality. We need to draw a comic on 8 pages based on the script. The events take place in the city of Epsom - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epsom. I am attaching an example of the style. Elements within each panel should be separate layers (e.g., layers in Photoshop or separate files). Layers are needed for the three-dimensional effect as shown in the video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fJTKskZ5eTE. For this, the background image should be larger than what is shown in the traditional 2D format. Additional side panels may be required to fill the void when the user looks from a sharp angle from the side.
This is the first project of this type - we have nothing to reference in terms of budget and timelines. Please indicate approximate timelines and budget when placing your bid.

I am focusing on the page in the example. I can draw one such page from scratch, with preliminary sketches, approvals, and discussions in 4-5 days. This is 4000 UAH. Plus, there will be additional work on the side panels and creating augmented reality. However, if we take the project as a whole, during the implementation we will create assets that we can reuse, so they won't need to be drawn again, and accordingly, the price will be significantly lower.
