Set up a chat bot
1. Project Goal:
Optimal and efficient operation of the chatbot for both Facebook and Instagram in incoming message and comment channels, with the aim of obtaining the maximum number of leads or clients.
2. Problem Description:
Currently, we are working with a bot called Chatfuel and with artificial intelligence Chatgpt. The bot's performance is not effective. Regarding message responses, there is a lack of harmony in the responses, in many cases the bot repeatedly repeats the same messages, does not respond according to the needs or questions of the client, sends an excessive number of messages, causing many of our clients to discontinue communication. As for comments, there is inaccuracy in the responses, the bot responds with incorrect information to comments, and this happens especially often with comments containing emojis or informal language from clients.
3. Solution Description:
- We aim for complete automation of the chatbot in such a way that human presence is not required to check its operation, except in special cases where human intervention is needed.
- The sales or communication experience with the bot between the client should be based on a pre-established sales algorithm by the company.
- We need the bot to respond logically and harmoniously to both comments and messages.
4. Knowledge of the Spanish language would be a great help for the project.
