The task is to set up an automatic dashboard in Looker Studio (focusing on the mobile version) that will show the real picture of marketing and operations. Data sources: 1C (BAS): our sales, net margin (distribution between services and goods), workload of service posts, KPI of masters and managers. GA4 + advertising accounts (Google Ads, Facebook): expenses, clicks, leads. Binotel: call statistics and unique numbers. We will NOT use intermediate Google Sheets as a database — this is fundamental. Data must be pulled directly (via OData or direct lightweight connectors). What needs to be done: Design the logic of data connection without inflating the budget for heavy cloud storage. Prepare a clear technical specification for our in-house 1C programmer. You do not need to code in 1C, but you must detail for our developer which tables, registers, and in what format he should export. Glue data by cross identifiers (phones, Client ID) so that we can see the full path: from clicking on the ad and calling to closing the order in 1C. Set up the final dashboard in Looker Studio. It should be concise and convenient for daily viewing on a phone. Main blocks: Marketing (ROMI, cost per lead, CAC). Finance (Turnover, margin by categories, average check). Process efficiency (workload of posts, sales of managers). Who I'm looking for: A person with experience in web analytics and building reports specifically for the real sector (services, retail, ideally — auto services).
