There is a working account in Bitrix and registered clients + real estate objects - a total of 70
It is necessary to set up (see the attached Brief for work):
- template for client and object cards,
- filtering by parameters (budget, number of rooms, etc.),
- cross-referencing clients and objects (when creating a client, we immediately get a list of suitable objects)
- reports
- consult on the integration of CRM and the agency's website.
- train the manager to use the above-mentioned tools
Requirement for the freelancer: patience with our limited knowledge and a sincere desire to help an inexperienced young manager. Proactive position - recommend what else can be done.
