Email funnel setup (Brevo)
I am looking for an email marketing and automation specialist (Brevo) who can build a communication system for a real estate investment project.
Important:
I do not need "classic marketing" or aggressive sales.
The task is to build a system that:
• builds trust
• develops investor thinking
• and gradually leads to the decision to participate in offline events (format "Investor Breakfast")
📌 About the project:
• audience: Germany / EU
• Russian-speaking community (including those with a migration background)
• part of the audience is already familiar with the product
• part is cold

📌 Tasks:
- Set up the structure in Brevo:
• lists / segments
• tags and attributes
• logic of transitions between segments
- Build automations:
• Welcome funnel (2-3 weeks)
• Event Interest Flow
• Post Event Flow
• Reactivation
- Implement logic:
• user behavior (opens, clicks)
• transitions between stages (cold → warm → hot)
• audience segmentation
- Connect emails to the system
(email content will be provided, but it is important to be able to correctly integrate and test)

• careful logic (no chaos in automations)

• experience in investments / finance
• experience working with a Russian-speaking audience in the EU

I will set up the segmentation architecture in Brevo through a state machine to eliminate email duplication and chaos in scenarios. I will use my experience in automating complex systems (30+ Python scripts) to implement behavioral scoring: the transition from "cold" to "warm" will depend on the depth of viewing specific cases, not just on email opens.
How do you plan to transfer data about offline breakfast attendance to Brevo — through Webhooks from your registration system or manual import? The budget and deadlines will be discussed in private correspondence.
