There is also an email letter already prepared. A corporate email has been created for sending + the service has been paid for.

However, our mailing was blocked there.

Your database is cold, so SendPuls has blocked it. You need to warm up the database through a cold mailing service first, and only then work with those who are interested through SendPuls.
You also need to warm up the domain, which also takes time if you want to work ecologically.

If you have a new domain and you immediately started mass mailing, then you were blocked.
Also, if you did not validate the purchased database and you immediately had a high bounce rate, then your email provider may also block you.
Before doing mass sending, you need to warm up the email in a warming service.
I can help you, but cold mailings are done differently and through cold mailing services like Snovio.
