33 USD- viber - этим мессенджером и каналом связи мы пользуемся в основном. Мы пишем и звоним. Это обычный аккаунт Вайбер, который зарегистрирован на номер и на данный момент установлен на пк всех менеджеров.
- whatsapp - пользуемся на много реже, но та же схема.
- IP Телефония - Киевстар уже прикреплён к bitrix24, пользуемся.
- фейсбук - комментарии и сообщения. Связать с битрикс.
- инстаграм - комментарии и сообщения. Связать с битрикс.
- однокласники - комментарии и сообщения. Связать с битрикс.

1. К битрикс можно подключить только Viber - чат. Физический номер нет возможности. Viber не дает использовать личный аккаунт в коммерческих целях.
2. instagram. В стандартном функционале можно подключить только комментарии. Если нужно директ + комментарии, то через сервис i2crm.
3. Whatsup. Через сервис i2crm только
4. Однркласники. Нет коннектора.

Нет. Через мессенджеры делать звонки из битрикс нет возможности, только с помощью ip телефонии.
Постройте процесс так, чтобы менеджеры общались со своих личных(рабочих) и вносили все в СРМ (краткий итог разговора в комментарии, данные в поля, актуальный этап сделки, следующий шаг - задача). Сделайте регламент по работе в СРМ, чтобы они "играли" все по одним правилам
