Есть ли описание функций dll, которые Вам нужны, или какие-либо требования к ним для работы с Вашим приложением?
1 функция должна получать список USB устройств у которых нет драйвера
2 функция должна принимать параметры vid и pid и устанавливать драйвер для устройства
3 функция должна принимать параметры vid и pid и возвращать полную информацию о нем
Задача не сложная для С++ разработчиков

Я посмотрел код и уже наверное одну из ваших проблем могу назвать. Далеко не все устройства принимает WinUSB. Вернее она принимает только знакомые. Для остальных нужно что-то типа libusb - вот оно может на себя принять все устройства которые вы в состоянии обслужить. Но там тоже ньюансов не мало. В личке могу дать exe который выводит список всех устройств USB находящиеся в данный момент на компе. Делал как вспомогательную тулзу для одного из проектов
Хочу более конкретно уточнить задание:
- у Вас есть пример статической библиотеки, а Вам надо ее собрать как динамическую (DLL). С этим все ясно.- после этого Вам надо подключить в проект.... А вот тут не понятно. Проект реалзован на каком языке (С#, Python, NodeJS, Go...)?
Посмотрел проект. DLL уже есть. Второй вопрос остается.
