We are looking for an experienced and independent Independent Sales Representative / Sales Agent to actively acquire new orders and clients in the industrial services sector. We offer flexible cooperation based on an attractive commission model.

About the project:

Our company, Nexus Industrial Solutions, specializes in comprehensive services for machines and production lines, including repairs, maintenance, relocation, reverse engineering, parts manufacturing, modernization, and designing new solutions. We are seeking someone to help us expand our B2B client network in Poland, focusing on manufacturing and industrial companies.

What we expect:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial, machinery, or manufacturing services sector.

• Independence and proactive approach to acquiring clients (cold calling, networking, relationship building).

• Ability to build long-term business relationships.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of sales processes and effective management of the sales funnel.

• Willingness to work based on a commission model from acquired orders.  (negotiable)
