Магистр или как минимум бакалавр математики или статистики работающий с R (или Matlab).
Очень коротко о модели (более детальную задачу пришлю, перед тем как согласовать сроки и стоимость):
В модели два параметра – которые меняются:
А – цена ресурса
Б – сложность добычи ресурса
Ц – количество ресурса которое добывается. Ц = f(A, Б)
Б постепенно увеличивается, но также зависит от А (цены). Надо будет посмотреть какая степень зависимости, наверное присутствует так же time-lag.
Б = a + b1*A(t) + b2*A(t-1) + b3*A(t-2), etc.
Тогда надо будет попробовать построить модель которая сможет прогнозировать прибыльность добычи ресурса исходя из сегодняшней цены ресурса и сложности добычи. Посчитать какая вероятность что добыча будет прибыльной или неприбыльной.
