In sales since 2009. During this time, I have progressed from an operator to a manager and business owner. I have 17 years of practical experience in selling goods and services. I have developed my own projects, had online stores, and a service business, so I understand sales from the perspective of an executor, manager, and owner.
My sales philosophy is not to chase the client but to build my "garden": improving the product, service, team skills, and creating value for the client. I believe that sales is the ability to identify the true need, desire, or pain of the client and help to address it, as long as it does not contradict the rules, capabilities, and pricing policy of the company.
I specialize in balancing client benefit and non-intrusiveness. I am particularly close to the area of retention and upselling, where it is important not to "push hard" but to build long-term relationships.
I have experience in:
• writing sales scripts and instructions;
• delegating and building small sales departments;
• training and mentoring;
• analyzing communication and improving conversion.
I am also a professional certified profiler. I can teach a manager to understand clients more deeply, adapt communication to personality types, and work not only by voice but also through written communication and even by external signs. This is a higher level of sales that significantly enhances communication effectiveness.
I am ready for a regular mentoring format: weekly meetings, homework, results checking, feedback, and systematic work on the manager's progress.
