A Telegram bot is needed in Python. Upon startup, the bot sends a welcome message and displays 5 buttons with the names of local chats (English, Spanish, Portuguese, Philippines, Vietnamese). When any button is pressed, the user is taken to the corresponding Telegram chat via the link. Below are two more buttons: "Official Channel" and "Official Website," which also lead to external links. All texts and links will be provided.

Requirements:
Python 3.10+, preferably using aiogram 3. The code should be cleanly structured, considering future scalability (adding a database, multilanguage support, analytics, admin panel). Configurations should be through .env or a separate config file. Provide for scalability, do not write everything in one file. Standard architecture: separated handlers, keyboards, configs.
Deployment:
The bot needs to be deployed on some hosting (by agreement — Render, Railway, VPS). Provide requirements.txt and instructions for launching.
Deadline:
The bot must be ready today — by the end of the day. No delays. This is an MVP, but with a clean architecture, so it won't need to be rewritten from scratch later.
Who we are looking for:
Only a developer with experience in Telegram bots on Python, who understands how to write scalable code. If everything is done well — we will reach out again in the future.
