Budget: 2000 UAH Deadline: 5 days
Good day, Yevhen.
Appeals can currently be considered for up to 2 weeks if the Google Ads account is very buggy. And you have bugs present because, usually, in blocked accounts, it is possible to edit campaigns and general settings, send access invitations to other people, and delete unnecessary accesses, but you can delete the account itself, not for the reason of "System Bypass."
However, if the reason for the blocking is serious ("System Bypass"), then such a Google Ads account cannot be unlinked from the managing MCC and cancel your access and ownership rights: it can only be deactivated and marked as closed/hidden in the list of subordinate accounts. Editing anything in Google Ads with such a type of blocking will not be possible.
If the reason for the blocking was simple ("Suspicious Payments," "Outstanding Debt"), then Google will satisfy the appeal positively within 1-2 days, but with a greater number of bugs in the advertising cabinet with a light reason for blocking, the same appeal is considered for about 2 weeks, then there will be unblocking, but within a day, a new blocking may "arrive," and here you cannot do without "live" support representatives.
When contacting support through support.google.com, the waiting time for a response to a request takes about 3-4 working days (keep in mind that Google employees do not work on weekends). But they will help deal with the bugs.
The Ukrainian hotline 0800 502 162 is currently not operational even in the mode of oral consultations, as it was a few years ago. And for blocked accounts, the robot will not allow your call to go through to a live specialist after entering the 10-digit Google Ads identifier (this was the case even before 2020, not to mention the present).
