Уважаемый Андрей, ни один серьёзный википедист не возьмётся писать статью о личности, имя которой он не знает. А также, если не имеет ссылок на независимые авторитетные источники об этой персоне. Кот в мешке никому не нужен, проблематичен. Упоминания в прессе могут быть разными по значимости. Их желательно предварительно увидеть.
Если же такие материалы будут предоставлены и они будут соответствовать критерию достаточной википедической значимости персоны, то обычно такие статьи пишутся с удовольствием. А главное – будут гарантии неудаления статьи из Википедии.
Так что, если не возражаете, назовите имя этой личности и дайте ссылки.
