Это сервер, что ли?
Если драйвера устанавливаются стандартным образом (т.е. в диспетчере появляется устройство), то их можно скопировать бесплатными утилитами, коих полно на виртуальных просторах.
Если драйвер используется нестандартным образом, то придётся делать reverse engineering, и под это нужен бюджет побольше (от 10К).
