От не розумію - якщо необхідний такий клас обладнання - навіщо шукати таке у фрілансерів які на 95% індивідуальні найманці з невеликим бюджетом (+дикий демпінг новачків з компами на 2 ядерному АМД). Таке обладнання є тільки в серйозних компаній, і тут звісно ж ніхто за 100 грн кодити не буде.. Мінімум 500, а то і 1000 грн
