Обработчик для курсов валют
БД курсов списка валют по множеству обменников регулярно обновляется из bestchange.ru. Нужно на их основе выдать (С++) список валютных пар, заданных в csv-файле с прямым курсом выше, чем обратным по одинарному или двойному обмену не меньше, чем на заданный %. И есть csv-список валют и обменников, обмены через которые не делать (вместо них брать другие лучшие).
Нужно, чтобы голова на плечах была в плане логики, математики.
