На сайте установлен чат бот, для возможности решения проблем клиента, чтобы он мог обращаться.
Хотим его периодически допиливать и развивать. Ищем того, кто будет постоянно этим заниматься.
Допустим сейчас у нас при обращении к боту идет переход на какой то из мессенджеров (телеграм, ватсап) - хотели бы допилить, чтобы диалог с ботом велся прям в окне на сайте без этих доп переходов.
Также часто надо будет ему вводить новые вопросы ответы, так как пока на многое он у нас дать ответы не может - то есть развивать его.
Ищем кто таким уже занимался, и сможет работать при периодическом нашем к вам обращении.
