Experience in the matter:
1. Ministry of Finance – constant phone calls to banks requesting to buy domestic government bonds;
2. Subsidiary of the bank "Olympic Ukraine". Full-scale calls to the Yellow Pages directory in search of factoring operations;
3. Commercial bank (last 14 years):
• By applying phone pressure on the network, increased sales of Arsenal medical insurance by 9 times;
• Created databases for car dealerships, mortgages, and called them;
• Over the last period (6 years), through daily calls to the mortgage insurance database, raised the reinsurance percentage in the portfolio to 98% before the war, currently 92%.
At home, I have a fully equipped studio for calls. On my home computer, I have all messengers, connection with my smartphone, and I can send SMS from my home laptop.
I do not take vacations or weekends; if there is a workload, I can work 24/7. I am not married, and all my concentration is solely on work.
Estimated price is 10 hryvnias per call for simple questions. I graduated from an economic university and can resolve issues of any complexity over the phone, for example, selling a meeting with your manager to a client. Depending on this, the cost of the call will fluctuate.
Languages:
• I am fluent in Ukrainian and Russian.
• German – I translated economic texts freely at university, I have forgotten some now, but during email correspondence with electronic translation in messenger from my home office with Germany, "we will manage" (for five years, a German was my boss).
