I am looking for a performer for a project to process incoming requests and call the client database of those who have previously shown interest in the services.
The project is related to the service Help.de, which helps people from Ukraine adapt in Germany: consultations on document issues, living, interaction with government agencies, and integration.
The communication script, work structure, and basic information for consultations have already been prepared.
Important: the database consists of people who have already shown interest in the services (not cold calls).
Tasks within the project
— calling the client database
— initial consultation on basic questions
— responses to incoming inquiries
— recording the results of communication
— entering data into CRM system
— transferring the client to the next stage of work
Work is carried out according to a prepared script and instructions.
Scope of work
— active calls to clients (approximately 3–4 hours a day)
— processing incoming requests
— recording the results of communication in CRM
The client database and access to the system are provided. The number of numbers - 1000 pcs.
Requirements
— experience in communicating with clients by phone
— articulate speech and communication culture
— confident computer skills
— availability of computer and headset
— stable internet
— experience with CRM systems is welcome
(if there is no experience - we will show the basic work)
Conditions
Payment consists of:
— a fixed part for participation in the project
— bonuses for results of work with clients
Fixed part — from 300 € per project.
Additionally, bonuses for results are provided.
Average income of performers:
700–1000 €
Income depends on the number of successfully processed clients.

During the work on the task, it is necessary to:
— be in touch
— respond promptly to clients
— record the results of communication in CRM
If you are in a region where power outages or internet disruptions are possible, it is important to have a backup internet (for example, mobile).

2. Subsidiary of the bank "Olympic Ukraine". Full-scale calls to the Yellow Pages directory in search of factoring operations;
3. Commercial bank (last 14 years):
• By applying phone pressure on the network, increased sales of Arsenal medical insurance by 9 times;
• Created databases for car dealerships, mortgages, and called them;
• Over the last period (6 years), through daily calls to the mortgage insurance database, raised the reinsurance percentage in the portfolio to 98% before the war, currently 92%.
… At home, I have a fully equipped studio for calls. On my home computer, I have all messengers, connection with my smartphone, and I can send SMS from my home laptop.
I do not take vacations or weekends; if there is a workload, I can work 24/7. I am not married, and all my concentration is solely on work.
Estimated price is 10 hryvnias per call for simple questions. I graduated from an economic university and can resolve issues of any complexity over the phone, for example, selling a meeting with your manager to a client. Depending on this, the cost of the call will fluctuate.
Languages:
• I am fluent in Ukrainian and Russian.
• German – I translated economic texts freely at university, I have forgotten some now, but during email correspondence with electronic translation in messenger from my home office with Germany, "we will manage" (for five years, a German was my boss).
