Leading optometry clinic Royal Optix in Brooklyn (New York) is looking for a friendly and organized employee for the position of call center operator.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling patient appointments and managing the clinic's schedule.

• Regularly calling patients to remind them of appointments, new promotions, offers, or the need for continued treatment.

• Handling cold contacts (working with databases, searching for new potential patients).

• Maintaining a database of patients with a record of inquiries and interactions.

• Entering data into the CRM system based on call outcomes.

• Weekly reports on the number of outgoing calls, successful engagements, and appointments.

• Maintaining a high level of customer service and resolving conflict situations.

• Handling patient objections, analyzing reasons for refusals.

• Interacting with other departments of the company to resolve complex requests.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Russian and English is mandatory, with proficient oral and written communication skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient PC skills at a confident user level, ability to work in CRM systems.

• Experience in customer support or sales will be an advantage.

• Ability to work in a team, stress resilience, responsibility.

• Willingness to work on a shift schedule.
