2. Якщо покупець обрав товар Холмс, то запитати, чому саме обрали дану торгову марку? Що подобається? Що не подобається? Як вам якість продукту? Зовнішній вигляд?
3. Якщо обрали іншу торгову марку запитати, чому обрали саме її, а не обрали Холмс(порекомендувати Холмс)? Чи купляти раніше Холмс?
-Якщо так, то чому зараз не взяли? Що вплинуло на подальший вибір? Як цінова політика? Дизайн упаковки?
