The client plans to create a cohesive product-sales presentation illustrating three key elements of the new ecosystem: a dedicated desktop application, a mobile application, and the portal WWW. The goal of the presentation is to support the sales team during meetings with partners and investors and to provide material that can be shared in PDF format after the meeting.
Scope and Result
As part of the project, we expect the Contractor to design a complete set of slides (eight to ten), including 1–2 slides dedicated to the desktop application, 1–2 slides about the mobile application, and 2–4 slides presenting the portal WWW. The slides should create a unified, clear visual story based on the provided graphic concept of the product. In addition to the presentation itself, the Contractor will prepare a dedicated welcome graphic (login screen) for the WWW portal. All materials must align with the industry character and reinforce product recognition.
Expected Actions
Work will begin with the Client providing product concepts and a product description. Based on these, the Contractor will present two to three preliminary stylistic variants within three working days: color palettes, typography, iconography, and a rough content layout (so-called skeleton). The Client will indicate a preferred direction or suggest corrections within 48 hours; lack of comments within this period will be considered acceptance of one of the variants.
After selecting the design direction, the Contractor will develop a full beta version of the presentation. The document should be prepared in 16:9 format in PowerPoint (PPTX) and simultaneously available as a PDF file. The project price includes up to two full revision rounds; any additional iterations will be billed hourly according to the Contractor's rate. After implementing changes, the Contractor will deliver a Release Candidate version and, after final approval, source files (PPTX and open working files in Figma, PSD, or AI) along with the transfer of all intellectual property rights, allowing the Client to freely modify the project in the future.
Legal and Technical Requirements
Along with the final presentation file and login screen graphic, the Contractor will submit a signed statement of full transfer of copyright and confirm data confidentiality based on the attached NDA agreement. The presentation should contain only graphic elements for which rights have been acquired in a manner allowing further exploitation (e.g., stock photos with "royalty-free" license or original illustrations). All slides must ensure a minimum contrast compliant with WCAG AA to be readable both during projection and in PDF version.
Time to prepare the presentation: 7-10 days
