Optimizing a Wordpress website

Hello everyone. I am adding a fairly detailed description of the task, it is very important to read it to the end and be sure that you can complete it. This project will be supervised by people who can perform these tasks but do not have enough time. Please pay attention.

About the project

This is a website of an agency that works with laser shows in the Emirates market (founded by a person from Ukraine)

• Created on Wordpress (did not check which plugin)
• Hosted on Fastcomet hosting
• Connected with an adequate number of plugins
• 70/86 PageSpeed score
• CRM connected

Client's concerns

1. The first section contains an interactive element that, despite good PageSpeed from Google, significantly slows down the actual loading of the site, looking for optimization solutions
2. The admin panel is very slow, transitions between tabs take forever
3. Lead forms are installed on the site, which despite many iterations of fixes with the previous team, stop sending leads to CRM once a month. The problem may be with the forms or integration
4. The client wants to launch new pages that require an executor
5. Need to set up analytics and server event tracking from Meta and Google
6. *Optionally, if you work with an SEO contractor, basic site optimization needs to be done

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a calm, confident executor who will not immediately sell the new site and has enough experience to deal with the tasks from the list. We will provide a normal process and stable hourly payment from our side.

Minimum requirements

• You have already completed your 20, 30, 40 projects on Wordpress and have experience with many plugins
• You are full-stack and can cover both backend and frontend
• You have everything in order with the internet and can start right after the interview
• You seek solutions to problems and can formulate them properly (for example, if the problem is with hosting, organize a move, if with CDN - organize an Emirati VPN and check, etc.)

We prefer an individual executor, not a company. The budget is specified, provide yours.
