Optimize the monday com platform for translation agencies
At the moment, all the work is organized on GSheet, but since 5 users work simultaneously, the table sometimes fails.The screen of the test table is attached (we are working through the same).We need to transfer all the functionality of the current table to the CRM type monday com (you can also use another) that they can adjust to our work.What to do (in short):
- the formation of accounts (the account is formed automatically according to data from certain cells),
- reply to the email directly in the system (a separate window for translators, a separate window for customers),
- the statistics of the translators (filled manually),
- automatic creation of a folder on Goole Drive when adding a project to the system,
sending the task to the translator with a reference to the project folder,
- Different roles for users (admin, superadmin, manager)
