опыт работы с холодными, теплыми и горячими базами. от самых мусорных до хороших-валидных. Это моя основная специализация.
если слать на результат - медленно и дорого. "Качественно" - слово ни о чем не говорит, поэтому в цифрах: правильная доставка (до 98-99%) и высокий % в папку входящие (инбокс до 70-90%). процент попадание в спам - зависит от самого письма (спам слов) и от того, как часто получатели будут жаловаться-отмечать письмо как спам.
