We have a video matrix switcher, which is a device with multiple video inputs and outputs and the ability to switch any inputs to any output. This device is network and RS232 controllable (API available).
We also have an old windows application to control it. This application is coded with Visual C++ and looks ugly.
We need to create a new app for Windows and MAC with our new design and transfer all business logic from the old application to the new one.
