Translation of technical documentation

1. Project Goal

Provide a complete written translation into Ukrainian according to the original content, structure, and formatting of the documents provided in PDF and Word formats.

2. Materials Scope

• Documents in formats: PDF (three documents)

3. Translation Requirements

• Language of translation: Ukrainian literary, technically accurate

• Style: Official-business, in accordance with the terminology of the original

• Preservation of document structure:

  • Headings, subheadings, lists, tables, numbering — must remain in the same form.

  • Formatting as close to the original as possible.

4. Work Stages

1. Layout preparation – preparing PDF files for translation (recognition, formatting)

2. Translation – of effective text (without repetitions)

3. Editing/Proofreading – checking the translation against the original

5. Deadline

• Overall deadline: by 23.05.2025 inclusive.

6. Reporting Format

• Weekly report (every Monday): brief description of status for each file or stage

• Final submission of materials: in Word format (.docx). PDF

• File names: maintain original logic, + _ua for translated files
