Lead statuses: Create sets of statuses according to the stages of the process (for example, "New", "Priority", "Contacted", "Negotiations in progress", "Deal closed", "Refusal" etc.). Statuses should reflect the sales funnel.
Auto-tasks/reminders: Set up templates for automatic tasks in KeyCRM: for example, a task "Call the client" when a lead is received; reminders for the manager if the task is not completed by the deadline. Use checklists and the @-mention feature for coordination.
Notification triggers: Create automations that send template messages to the client when the status changes – for example, SMS or email after switching to "Priority" or "Deal in progress" status. Configure email template sending for European clients based on status changes.
Messenger integration: Connect official Telegram and Viber channels (number-based or bot) to KeyCRM so managers can communicate within the system
