Since the data in GA4 is now coming in correctly, the problem may lie in the connection between Google Ads and GA4, the conversion tag settings, or in the attribution models (I always recommend setting up direct conversion tracking in Google Ads rather than importing them from GA4 - it works much more accurately).
To act professionally and not harm the system, I suggest dividing the work into stages:
Technical audit (1500 UAH / 3 working days): I will check the data transfer architecture, find errors, and prepare a written report with specific solutions and recommendations. You will receive a clear picture of what exactly is not working.
