- For setting up the reporting section, it may be possible to propose additional integration with reporting services such as Google Looker, Power BI, if reporting services are not built into the system.

Доброго дня! Чекаю вашу пропозицію. Якщо Bas перекриває потреби, можемо розглянути цей варіант.Так там є своя CRM внутрішня, можливо створювати звіти, одразу облікова система. Але не дуже зрозуміло ,як це буде працювати з месенджерами ( можливо через який-сь додаток) та й по іншим розділам комунікації є питання, питання по кількості воронок та автоматизації процесів. Але ми не проти цього варіанта, якщо у вас є досвід впровадження, то можемо й це розглянути.
