The project was quite complicated and not all the requirements of the TZ were clearly explained, which requires some clarifications and changes that Vadim eliminated instantly and professionally. Vadim was proposed a better solution to the task than it was initially thought and which was adopted (use ImGUI) . Also, Wade responds very quickly to messages from the customer.

Планируемый бюджет я хотел бы оставить открытым, поскольку у разных исполнителей может быть разные цены на услуги в зависимости от своего опыта или региона нахождения, и кто как не они сами лучше знают свои тарифы, не так ли?
(Подсказка: для меня главным все же будет качество исполнения заказа, и необязательно предпочтение будет отдано самому низкому предложению.)

Все хорошо, но есть одна проблема - качество можно узнать только после получения результата, а сравнить результат можно только имея с чем сравнивать..

здравствуйте. есть наработки плоттеров на Qt (QtCreator). и многоканальные, и с масштабированием, и с сохранением данных в файл и с возможностью просмотра графиков по данным из этих сохраненных файлов. прикрепляю скрин, если заинтересует - пишите в ЛС

К сожалению, несмотря на явные преимущества QT Creator'а над MS Studio, QT Creator, также как и C++ Builder, не является бесплатным, а поскольку поддерживать и модифицировать код придется мне (ну хотя бы раз в год копирайт менять J), то цена IDE является для меня важным фактором его выбора.

всякие кьют дизайнеры и прочие пакеты платные, но среда Qt Creator, как и сам фреймворк Qt априори являются бесплатными.

да и в целом, если так принципиален именно ВСкод, то ничего не мешает писать под кьют именно в ВСкоде
