Google informed us that the complainant provided evidence of an open court proceeding in Ukraine regarding this product, and in such cases, the standard automatic renewal after a counter-notice does not apply — Google requests documentary confirmation that this proceeding is closed or resolved in our favor. Separately, Google pointed out an alternative route — contacting a certified body for out-of-court dispute resolution (under the European Digital Services Act) or going to court. We sent Google official documents confirming our position via email within the same case — we have not yet received a substantive response regarding the restoration of access. We are looking for an iOS developer to create an app similar to Mindly, to work closely with our backend developer. Currently, there is no separate design, as I want to create an MVP as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. I suggest using a minimalist interface with standard UI components, without individual design. The logic and layout of elements in Mindly can be used as a basis: a central node, child nodes around it, simple navigation between nodes.
