The reward is paid after the employee you referred successfully starts working and begins earning. 2. Fixed payment for results. The amount of the reward depends on the number of quality leads (candidates) that meet the requirements and are successfully employed. Important: payment is made only for candidates who actually start working, go through adaptation, and begin to earn income. We are looking for a recruiter with experience who will be responsible for phone contact with candidates in our database. Responsibilities: phone contact with candidates, conducting recruitment interviews by phone or video call, providing candidates with basic information about available job offers, entering interview results and candidate information into the system, updating candidate statuses. The work is performed entirely remotely, from Monday to Friday, during 10:00 AM–5:00 PM Polish time. It is necessary to conduct sourcing and create a preliminary register (Google Spreadsheet) of relevant candidates for labor and technical specialties (welders, assemblers, builders, warehouse workers) who are ready for contract work/relocation. Sourcing regions: Central Asian countries (Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, etc.) India, Syria, etc.................. What is included in the task (final result): Search and initial verification of candidates' profiles based on specified criteria (work experience, availability of documents, readiness to relocate). Filling out the final table (Full Name/ID, specialty, experience, country, contact status, availability of video confirmation of skills if available). Initial surveying of 10–15 candidates regarding relevance and profile compliance. Requirements for the performer: Availability of tools/access to local sourcing channels or databases in the specified regions. Understanding of the specifics of labor specialties (blue-collar workers). Ability to structure data and maintain operational reporting. Conditions for execution: The scope of the test task and a detailed checklist/profile of candidates will be provided after discussing the details in private messages.
