33 USD We are looking for an experienced specialist in TikTok Ads to set up an advertising campaign targeting Ukrainians living in the Netherlands. The theme of the advertising is transport trips and tours in Europe (Paris, Germany, fairs, attractions, one-day/two-day tours).
Tasks:
Set up the TikTok Ads account (campaigns, Ad Groups, ads).
Set up targeting for the Netherlands focusing on the Ukrainian audience.
Select and test interests (travel, tourism, expat, Europe trips)
Optimize the campaign for results — leads, applications, transitions to Telegram/Viber.
Provide recommendations for creatives (videos, texts, hooks for the audience).
Requirements:
Experience with TikTok Ads for at least 1 year.
Experience with European markets (preferably EU countries).
Understanding of targeting language audiences (Ukrainian/Russian) in Europe.
Ability to work with budgets from 20–50€/day.
