Landing Page Conversion Rate Improvement (Application for Nanny Job in Germany)
📝 Project Goal:
We attract a steady flow of traffic from Facebook advertising (~3,500 clicks per week) to the landing page:
www.rabota-medius.com
The page has an application form, a call button, and messengers (Viber/Telegram).
Currently, the overall conversion rate (form + calls + messengers) is about 0.4–1.5%.
Our goal is to reach a level of 2% and above for Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics events.
✅ What needs to be done:
1. Page audit
— Analyze the structure of the landing page: order of blocks, form, headlines, trust elements, user behavior (UX).
— Indicate where conversion is lost.
2. Suggest specific improvements
— Changes should be realistic and feasible.
— Present them as a prototype, description, Figma, or screenshots.
3. Support implementation
— Verify correct implementation
— Provide recommendations for analytics (events, goals)
— Be available for A/B testing or clarifications if needed
4. Evaluate results after 14 days
— We review together: whether the indicator of 2% and above has been achieved
— All events are considered: form submission, click on phone number, Viber, Telegram
— Sources: Facebook Pixel + Google Analytics (access will be provided)
