Файл – это таблица, 1000 и больше строк.
В каждой строке поля – ID, E-mail, Название компании, ТЕКСТ СООБЩЕНИЯ
В данных КОМПАНИЯ есть аналогичные поля – ID, E-mail, Название компании
Приложение должно открыть загруженный файл, по ID найти КОМПАНИЮ и
на E-mail отправить письмо (по шаблону).
В содержание письма вставить ТЕКСТ СООБЩЕНИЯ
