Часто авторизованные пользователи не могут оформить заказ.
Нажимают на кнопку "Оформить заказ" на странице оформления заказа - ничего не происходит.
Эта проблема наблюдалась пока только у зарегистрированных покупателей.

То же самое.
На компе, ноутбуке оформляется.
