Design of the kinematics and 3D model of a magnetic lock with forced retraction.
Algorithm of operation:
Analysis of the dimensions of AGB Touch and determination of the available useful volume for placing the new kinematics.
Development of a lever mechanism (slider - pull finger) to convert the motion of the door handle into the retraction of the magnetic carriage.
Integration of the locking unit (analog of the WC lock).
Adaptation of the geometry of internal parts to the constraints of SLA/FDM printing (calculated reinforcement of cross-sections working in shear for successful physical testing of the prototype).
Delivery of the assembly in STEP format.
Requests to start development:
What type of door handle is expected to be used (standard push type, which will additionally have a linear stroke "towards itself," or a special fixed handle with a movable internal element)?
What is the maximum stroke of the handle (in millimeters) allowed for full retraction of the carriage inside the housing?
Is there a strict limitation not to exceed the dimensions of the reference housing (AGB Touch), or is it permissible to increase the depth/height of the lock to accommodate the WC lock?
I confirm the budget. Timelines — after agreeing on the type of handle and its kinematics.
Regarding the basic analog (AGB Touch): do you send a physical sample of the lock via Nova Poshta for taking accurate internal dimensions, or do I need to include the cost of purchasing it independently in the overall development budget?
