Hello! I can create a desktop program with a minimal interface, like in the example.
It will open one or several CSV files, extract links, distribute files into folders, with an editable root link and full automation.
It does not run through the console — there will be a separate window. If needed, I can compile a .exe for Windows.
A basic implementation is possible in Python (using Tkinter or PyQt), but if necessary, I can also implement it in C/C++.
Please clarify:
– what specific distribution rules (by date? by type? by link?)
– what to do if the file is not found at the link?
– is logging of the result required?
Unlike the offers for $25, I will not just make a form, but a fully functional working program: with an interface, logic, .exe build, and the ability to use it without a console and without installing Python.
Everything will be tested and user-friendly.
