1 .Simple and convenient interface (language interface will be provided later)
2ndThe bot should offer the visitor to write a review within 30 seconds after being on the site.There should be the possibility to turn off the chat window if the client does not want any action with the bot.
ThreeThe bot must one after another collect the customer’s data and feedback: 1.Name of the company 2.A minimum of 100 characters 3.Name and Name 4.Post address and mobile number.All of these data must be mandatory.
4 .In order for the feedback to be sent, the visitor must enter the OTP code that he will receive on the number.
and 5.Then, the review should get into the database and be on the administrator of the site panel, for further publication
6 .The bot must adapt to the desktop and mobile version of the site.7 .The project needs to be fully delivered.
