I am looking for a web designer (or a team) capable of creating a high-quality design for an admin panel with the possibility of subsequent layout for React or Vue. I am also considering a turnkey project option with subsequent technical support.
The technical specifications (see attachment) describe all the details, as well as include screenshots of competitor interfaces. The use of a ready-made template is allowed, but with mandatory refinement and adaptation to the requirements of the technical specifications.
